What You Need To Do?
There are a number of simple things you can do, so together we get the most out of
this event. They are:
Be responsible for your own marketing and promotional collateral.
Organise your own travel and accommodation. Accommodation is at a
premium at this time of the year in the Bay of Islands.
Ensure that your interests are represented at all times during the Expo.
Complete an evaluation questionnaire before leaving the Expo venue so we
can better understand your experience and Expo value.
Payment
Cheques can be made to “TE HIRINGA MĀORI BUSINESS EXPO 2011” and posted to
Private Bag 9026 Whangarei with your completed application form. Or you can complete the application form and return and we will email you the direct debit bank account details to deposit funds into.
Stand Reservations
To secure your place
A non-refundable $150.00 + GST deposit is required immediately.
Site assignments will be confirmed on receipt of full payment.
Withdrawals & Non-payment
Should the exhibitor fail to pay in full or withdraw from the show by the 14 January 2011, the deposit shall be forfeited and the space resold. Withdrawal after this date will incur a 50% charge on any remaining monies paid.
